I have given a friend/relative a package that does not suit him and he would like to exchange it for another. Is that possible?

Yes, it's possible. In case of a higher price of the replacement package, the client will pay the price before the examination itself. In the case of a lower price, the difference is unfortunately not refundable.

How long is the gift voucher valid for? Can it be extended?

The end of validity is always indicated on the gift voucher. As a rule, the validity of the voucher cannot be extended. However, if you contact us in time, before the voucher expires, we will certainly agree.

Is it possible to cancel the package completely?

Storno of the package is possible. However, if payment has already been made, the payment is non-refundable.

If a package is "purchased" in a specific name (the gift recipient), can that name be changed after the fact?

Changing your name is not a problem. It just has to be done at least 24 hours in advance.

Where do I send the money for an online order?

If you order a package online through this website, you pay nothing immediately. You will only make the payment once you have been contacted by the program coordinator and given a variable payment symbol.
