I have ordered a package/treatment online and I would like to change my order. Is it possible?

Yes, this is possible. Contact us at least 24 hours before using our services. In the case of changing a package, it is however possible that we will have to change your date of examination.

Yes, you can. Contact us at least 24 hours before using our services. In this case it is possible that we will have to change your date of extra examination.

I gifted a package to a friend/family member, but they would prefer a different one. Is it possible to change the package?

Yes, it is possible. In the case when the new package is more expensive, the client will cover the difference before starting the examination. When the new package is less expensive the difference is unfortunately not returned.

When does a voucher expire? Is it possible to extend its validity?

The expiry date is always written on every voucher. It cannot be used after expiration. However, if you contact us early, before the voucher expires, we can rearrange the validity.

Is it possible to completely cancel a package?

Yes, but if the payment had been made already it cannot be redeemed.

If a package is bought for a specific name (as a gift), can this name be changed?

Changing the name is not an issue. It only needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance.

Where do I send money for an online order?

If you are ordering online via this website, you do not pay immediately. The payment is made after a coordinator contacts you and tells you the variable symbol of the payment.
